Yes. All Stack2 email hosting runs on Australian infrastructure. Your emails, attachments, and backups stay onshore — no data leaves Australia.
Unlimited. You are buying a storage pool for your domain — create as many addresses, aliases, and forwarders as you need at no extra cost. The plan storage is shared across all accounts on that domain.
Yes. We can migrate mailboxes from cPanel, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and most other providers. Get in touch and we will put together a migration plan before you switch — including DNS cutover timing so you don't lose mail in transit.
DKIM is a cryptographic signature that proves your email genuinely came from your domain. Without it, outbound mail is far more likely to land in spam or be rejected outright. Stack2 configures DKIM and SPF on every account — you do not need to touch DNS yourself.
Any client that supports IMAP or POP3 — Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, iOS Mail, and Android all work. Webmail is also included. We provide the IMAP/POP3 server settings so setting up a new device is straightforward.
