Common questions
What our customers ask most.
Web hosting is a service that makes your website accessible on the internet. We provide the server space, technology, and support to keep your site online 24/7 — think of it as renting space on a computer that's always connected.
Three WordPress hosting plans:
- Spark — great for a starter site, $15/mo
- Grow — our most popular plan for growing businesses, $30/mo
- Scale — for high-traffic sites and WooCommerce stores, $65/mo
Yes — a domain (like yoursite.com.au) is your website's address on the internet. If you don't have one, we can help you register the right one. Visit our domains page to check availability.
Every plan includes: free SSL via Let's Encrypt, nightly backups (off-site), NVMe SSD storage, web application firewall, real-time malware scanning, DDoS protection, unlimited email accounts, unlimited bandwidth, and WP Toolkit in the control panel. No upsell ladders — these are all in the base price.
Yes — migrations from cPanel, SiteGround, Kinsta, WP Engine, and self-managed VPS hosts are included on Grow and Scale plans, and available as a fixed-fee add-on on Spark. We do the migration; you check it works. Get in touch to start.
Web hosting servers are located in Sydney. Your data stays onshore. Backups replicate to Melbourne for redundancy. We don't host outside Australia.
Yes — standalone email hosting plans with unlimited accounts, inbound and outbound spam filtering, DKIM, SPF, webmail, and daily backups. Plans from $8/mo. See email hosting for details.
NVMe SSD storage, Redis object cache (Scale plan), and servers hosted in Sydney for low-latency delivery to Australian visitors. Each site runs in an isolated container so one site's traffic never impacts another.
No. The stack supports PHP/MySQL (WordPress, WooCommerce, Laravel), Node.js apps, and plain static sites. We don't currently host Python or .NET apps — get in touch if that's what you need.
Email and ticket support on every plan, answered by the engineers who run the platform. Most tickets resolved same business day. We don't do phone support for hosting — it keeps response times honest and the people answering technical.

Every plan includes: web application firewall, real-time malware scanning, DDoS protection, free SSL certificates, isolated containers (so one compromised site can't affect others), and outbound spam filtering to protect your sending reputation.
We provide managed IT support for small and medium businesses — Microsoft 365 setup and management, remote helpdesk, network troubleshooting, hardware advice, and ongoing IT management for businesses that don't have an internal IT team. Think of us as your IT department. Learn more about IT support.
Our default is remote support, which resolves most issues quickly without waiting for a technician. For clients in Melbourne, we can visit on-site when the situation genuinely needs it — hardware replacement, office moves, network setup, and similar tasks.
Yes — this is a common arrangement for small and medium businesses. We handle day-to-day helpdesk, Microsoft 365 administration, hardware procurement, and longer-term IT planning. You get experienced IT support without the cost and overhead of a full-time hire. Get in touch to discuss what that looks like for your business.
