Is the Stack2 Platform live or still in development?
The Core tier is live and sellable today — site inventory and sync, uptime status, auto-populated documentation, a password vault, secure client password collection links and task boards. The Grow and Scale tiers (full project management, ticketing, a client portal and billing) are on the roadmap; join the waitlist and you'll be notified when they open. You are never charged for a tier that isn't built yet.
What's included in the free trial?
14 days, no credit card required. You get full platform access plus Protect-level site management on your first 15 sites — uptime monitoring, white-label reports, automated plugin and theme updates, and daily backups. Care-level management is the only thing excluded from the trial.
How many team members can I add?
Unlimited seats on every tier. It's a flat monthly fee, so you can bring your whole team — juniors, contractors and project managers — into the workspace without your bill going up per person. That's a deliberate departure from per-seat agency tools.
Where is my data stored?
In Australia. Stack2 provides AU data residency across every product — your data stays in Australia. Stack2 is Australian-owned and operated, and has been running hosting and IT for Australian businesses since 2008. More about Stack2.
What does AutoCare do?
AutoCare applies WordPress core, plugin and theme updates on a schedule you control. After the updates run, it generates a white-label report branded with your agency's identity and emails it straight to your client — automatically. No manual trigger, no monthly admin loop. You bill clients for the care plan and AutoCare delivers the work.
How is this different from ManageWP or WP Umbrella?
Those are management-only tools you bolt onto a separate host — ManageWP is US-owned (GoDaddy) and WP Umbrella is EU-based. The Stack2 Platform combines WordPress hosting, site management and automated white-label care reports in one Australian platform: one vendor, one invoice, and your data stays in Australia.
