On the day of departure, we disable Microsoft 365 accounts, revoke access across all managed devices, recover or remotely wipe hardware, and hand the mailbox to the relevant principal. No extra charge and no waiting for a ticket to be prioritised.

Yes. We support firms using LEAP, Actionstep, FilePro, and similar cloud-based platforms. We manage the devices and Microsoft 365 environment — the practice software itself runs through the browser or as a managed install, and we assist with device compatibility and configuration.
