Yes. Mobile device management covers iPhones, iPads, and Android devices. Devices are enrolled, email and calendar configured, security policies applied, and remote wipe available if a device is lost or an agent leaves.
Secure offboarding is included in the flat fee. On the day of departure, we disable Microsoft 365 accounts, revoke access, and remotely wipe any managed device — whether the hardware comes back or not. No client data leaves with a departing agent.
We manage the devices, network, and Microsoft 365 environment. For property management platforms (Console Cloud, PropertyMe, Rex, etc.) we work alongside the software vendor — ensuring devices are compatible, connectivity is reliable, and access is managed. We don't provide direct support for application logic within those platforms.
